Working Website ($499 + $149/mo) is a website that talks to people on your website: text and voice AI, Smart Service Intake, hosting, maintenance, and foundational SEO. Upsite AI ($399/mo) helps run the front office: an AI phone receptionist, advanced qualification, booking, automated follow-up, and Reviews AI. It works with the website you already have. Completely Optimized ($1,499 + $299/mo) is the expanded SEO-oriented website plus the full Upsite AI front office, for $249/mo less than buying them separately.
Can the $149 website really talk?
Yes. Every Working Website includes the Talking Website™: customers can talk or type, get answers from your approved business information, and leave a structured service request. What it doesn’t do is answer your phone, run automated follow-up, or run a full booking workflow. That’s Upsite AI.
Is AI or voice usage unlimited?

Does the AI receptionist replace my office staff?

No. And anybody who guarantees leads is selling you bullsh*t. We build the website and the customer interaction experience. Traffic, market demand, competition, reputation, pricing, sales performance, and other factors affect lead volume and revenue — and those are outside what any website can control.
Will this rank #1 on Google?
No one can responsibly guarantee that. Page two of Google is a beautiful place to hide a body, and we’d love to help you get out of there — but Google is complicated, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We set up foundational technical SEO — clean structure, page titles, descriptions, fast load times, mobile-friendliness, and search-engine-readable markup.
